247TradeMate – Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in choosing 247TradeMate. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Setup fees

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started on your website.
  • If you cancel before work begins, we will refund the setup fee in full.

2. Subscription fees

  • Subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks (or as agreed if you’ve chosen a 6- or 12-month plan).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, no further payments will be taken, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Access to your website, hosting, email, and integrations will end when your current billing cycle expires.

3. Annual or multi-month payments

  • If you have chosen a discounted 6- or 12-month plan, payments are non-refundable once the plan has started.
  • Your services will remain active until the end of the prepaid period.

4. Payment errors

  • If you believe a payment has been taken in error, please contact us within 5 working days at hello@247trademate.com.
  • We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a full refund.

5. Service dissatisfaction

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
